Does the slot fee include the cost of the shoe?

No, the slot fee is what we charge for the service fee. The slot fee is what you will be charged when we successfully secure your shoe for you.

What happens if my slot is unsuccessful?

Since you are only being charged a pre-authorization at the time of purchasing your slot, if it is unsuccessful the charge will fall off and be refunded back to your account within 7 days after the release. We do NOT capture your funds unless your slot is SUCCESSFUL.

How long would a refund take from an unsuccessful slot take to show back in my account?

Refunds take 3-5 business days to clear once submitted on our end.

What sites do you run on releases?

Depending on the shoe, we will run on Footsites, Yeezy Supply, Finishline, Dicks Sporting Goods, etc. We do not run slots on Shopify or SNKRS.

Why do you ask for my credit card info on the slot form?

We use this information to check out the desired product for you. The only way to complete the checkout process is to use your card to place the order.

After I order my slot, is there anything else I need to do?

Nope! Once your slot is successfully placed you can sit back, relax, and enjoy. We will handle the rest from there.

Are all slots guaranteed?

No. While our service has been talked about and shown to be one of the best if not the best Add to Cart service in the market, we do occasionally sometimes fail to add shoes to your cart or complete checkout. There are many factors that play into why an order may fail, including but not limited to: the site you wanted to get the product from making site changes, server issues, wrong info supplied to us by the customer or any other unforeseen challenges. The good news is that if we fail to add the shoes to your cart, complete the checkout for your for cart completer service, or your order is cancelled by the site you placed your order with, you will receive a 100% refund. You really can’t lose!
